ABOUT
For me, being healthy and fit has always been important...but I didn't always know what that meant or how to truly get there. After our third child, my husband and I made small changes in our family's diet and lifestyle, which, as we learned more, led to bigger, more permanent changes. I immediately started seeing drastic improvements in energy levels, body shape, sleep quality, and the list goes on. As a favor to the community, which didn't have much going on for women when it came to fitness, I got certified for group fitness instruction and started teaching a few local fitness classes. This gave me the drive to start studying fitness and nutrition and finally to partner with a health and wellness company. After baby number 4 (now 8 years old), I decided to switch from a lucrative career as a certified translator, to a career in personal training and health/nutrition consulting. The rest is history.
