ABOUT
I’ve always been into fitness. As of the young age of six, I enjoyed playing all types of sports. My main motivation growing up was the sport of hockey and ever since I’ve kept that as my favourite sport and one of my passions.

In my teens, my dream was to get in the Army. I started training early to turn this dream into a reality.

When I hit eighteen years of age, I decided to enroll as an IDF soldier and spent eighteen months in a infantry unit. Once I finished my duties in the army, I kept a strict fitness regiment and have been using all the tools I was given and still apply to this very day.

I love discovering how there are endless possibilities that show up in life confirming that you can attain everything you set your mind to — the power of the mind and will. The mind is the most important muscle in our body!

My mission now is coaching my clients in a way that they reach their desired health and fitness goals within a set time frame. I coach my clients with the intent to bring forth the immense power and gift which resides in each one of us! I am eager to guide my clients and friends on this great path!
