Our contemporary comfortable culture has led us to a sedentary lifestyle where everything has made itself readily available—a pill for this, a shot for that, all just “a finger away”. We are over eating yet malnourished, burning far less calories than our consumption.

It’s been about ten years since I stepped off this ridiculous roller coaster ride and have never been happier. I transformed my eating habits, switched from a lucrative law career to a career in personal training and nutrition consulting. I have been constantly learning about different forms of exercise and wholistic nutrition. After a decade of studying, combined with client interaction along with my own personal trials and tribulations, I have developed a skill for creating individualized “life changing plans” for all my clients.

As both trainer and lifestyle wellness coach, I am committed in giving my clients 100% of my attention. I guide them in perfecting their exercise form and technique, finding their true capacity, providing them with nutritional guidance, and always pushing their personal limits, both mentally and physically.

I find this well rounded approach to be the only way to get better and sustainable results.

I believe complete transformations happens from inside (mind) out (body).

As my trainee, You will receive a plan designed exclusively for you! A plan not only for physical training, but one that also focuses on your diet and lifestyle habits. I will educate and motivate you, clean out your pantry, build a meal regimen for you and shopping list that works best for you and your daily routine.

I will coach, motivate and give you all the tools necessary to DO the work and BE fit !!!
