I signed up to Daniel's program about 4 months ago at the suggestion of my friend Henry. It was difficult for me; even though I smoked and didn’t eat particularly well, I was (and still am) the healthiest person I know.

Since working out with Daniel, I have quit smoking, learned to eat better (it's not always perfect!) and discovered, much to my chagrin, that I wasn’t even close to fit. I can honestly say that I’m closer to fit now and wanting more.

Here’s the thing- we all procrastinate- but by being accountable to Daniel and to myself, I have diligently showed up 3 times a week for more than 4 months and worked to turn back the hands of time a little. Now I can keep up to the kids, be more physically active and look forward to a longer, even healthier life.

Daniel is a star! All my expectations were surpassed and I recommend him to anyone looking to get in real shape.
